Harry Erskine Consulting
You may be preparing someone to lead the business you’ve built. You may see opportunities for growth but need a more comfortable, consistent approach to selling. I help owners, managers and professionals turn those challenges into practical steps forward.
01 / Succession & leadership
Who will carry your business forward—and are they ready?
You may have capable employees who could take on greater responsibility or eventually become owners. The challenge is helping them move from doing their jobs well to leading the business with confidence.
I work with owners to identify future leaders, develop their capabilities and create a clearer path toward transition. The focus is on the people who will make succession work: their readiness, accountability and ability to lead.
02 / Sales & business development
You don’t need a “sales gene.” You need an approach you can use.
Owners, managers and professionals often have valuable expertise and strong relationships, yet feel uncomfortable with selling. Business development can become something they put off or approach inconsistently.
I help make it more practical through customized sales playbooks and coaching. We focus on recognizing opportunities, communicating value, building customer relationships and following through. The aim is to make selling a manageable part of the role, supported by habits people can sustain.

Experience
My career has included starting, acquiring, growing and selling businesses. Helping employees step into ownership has been particularly rewarding. That experience shapes my approach: understand the people, get clear on the goal and work through the practical steps.

You don’t need to arrive with a finished plan. Start with the challenge or opportunity you’re considering.
